Tonight's TV tips: Hospital, Common Sense and In Therapy: Lauren Goodger
What to watch and review on Wednesday, January 18.
Hospital (BBC2, 9pm) Episode two of a remarkable series revealing the harsh realities of the NHS crisis. At London’s permanently overcrowded St Mary’s there aren’t enough beds so life-or-death decisions have to be made. The full horror of the crisis laid bare. Required viewing for Jeremy Hunt and Theresa May.
Common Sense (BBC2, 10pm) New series as non-celebrity civilians deliver their ridiculously ill-informed opinions on variety of important modern issues they don’t understand. Gogglebox without the laughs.
In Therapy: Lauren Goodger (Channel 5, 10pm) For those who have no idea, Lauren was on The Only Way Is Essex and used to be engaged to Mark Wright. Tonight, eternal optimist Lauren explains to therapist Mandy Saligari why she has the names of her many boyfriends tattooed onto her ink-stained body. Even though she always has to have them removed when the relationships inevitably end.
