What to watch and review on Wednesday, February 1.
Emmerdale (ITV, 7pm) Panic stations for lawless farmer Moira as she frantically tries to flog the car she stole. Just another crook in TV’s village of the damned.
No Offence (Channel 4, 9pm) The spoof cop saga continues as the investigation into the death of Sgt Ewan Murray heads into murky paedophile territory.
Hospital (BBC2, 9pm) The NHS crisis in all its lack of glory. A chronic lack of beds and the tricky business of collecting money from overseas patients who discover that healthcare in the UK isn’t necessarily free. This is an important documentary series.
