Coronation Street (ITV, 7.30 and 8.30pm) Continuing his non-stop trek around the romantic block, Nick gives former prostitute Leanne another whirl, much to the consternation of Gail who thinks he’s crazy. For once, Gail is right. Meanwhile, Bethany gets her exam results. Fail.

EastEnders (BBC1, 8pm) Dozy duo Billy and Honey continue to act like a couple from the 1950s after discovering that – shock, horror – Jay’s been doing a bit of cocaine. Big deal. But Jay confides in Ben that he might have to leave Walford. What a shame, it’s such a wonderful place.

The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice (BBC2, 9pm) Jo Brand presents the first of a new series as she looks back on episode one of Britain’s favourite TV show. High on the agenda… Jaffagate. Celebrity Big Brother: Live Final (Channel 5, 9pm) Here it is, the nail biting moment when we find out who comes second. After guaranteed winner Bear. The lowest rent series ever was also pretty damned entertaining. Gotta love it when they all hate each other. You might not agree. What’s your verdict?
